Yellen announces closed FSOC meeting while FED sends $60 billion to foreign banks

The US stock market had a quite subdued trading session on Friday with most news focusing on political tensions around the Parents Rights’ Bill in Washington DC. Major indices barely changed with money flow tending slightly risk-off from tech to defensive stocks in healthcare, utilities and consumer. SPY although under pressure in the morning approaching put wall 390 but then “revert to the mean” as liquidity was insufficient with most investors deciding to sit out today.
