01 Support and Contact

If you're having trouble logging in, try clearing your browser cache:

On Chrome (macOS/Windows):

  1. Open Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (macOS)
  2. Select time range: All time
  3. Check the following items:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear data
  5. Close and reopen Chrome
  6. Try logging in again

On Safari (iOS - iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll down and select Safari
  3. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data
  4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data
  5. Reopen Safari and try logging in

If the issue persists, please contact us via our Support Form.

If you encounter issues:

  1. Check email - We always send notifications about payment issues
  2. View subscription status - Visit your Profile Page
  3. Update payment method - Try a different card if needed
  4. Contact support - Use our Support Form

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID (if available)
  • Description of the issue
  • Error screenshot (if available)

02 Subscription and Payment

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Visit the Pricing Plans page
  3. Choose your preferred plan (Plus, Pro, or Max)
  4. Click "Subscribe Now" and follow the payment instructions
  5. Payment is processed securely via Stripe

After successful payment, your account will be upgraded immediately.

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit cards: International debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logo
  • Apple Pay: On supported Apple devices
  • Google Pay: On Android devices and Chrome

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed by Stripe.

Absolutely secure. We use Stripe - one of the world's leading payment platforms:

  • No card storage: We never store your full credit card details
  • PCI DSS encryption: Stripe complies with the highest security standards
  • 256-bit SSL encryption: All data is encrypted during transmission
  • 3D Secure authentication: Extra protection for your transactions

We offer two payment options:

Monthly billing:

  • Charged monthly on the day you subscribe
  • Example: If you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th each month
  • More flexible, can cancel anytime

Annual billing:

  • One-time charge for the entire year
  • Save up to 20% compared to monthly billing
  • Long-term commitment with better pricing

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan anytime:

Upgrade (from Plus → Pro → Max):

  • Takes effect immediately
  • You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time
  • Example: 15 days left in cycle, you only pay for 15 days of new plan

Important note:

  • We currently do not support downgrades
  • If you want to switch to a lower tier, please cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan after your current cycle ends

To upgrade your plan, visit your Profile Page and select "Manage Subscription".

03 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Visit your Profile Page
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Important notes:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You can still use premium features until the end of the paid cycle
  • No cancellation fees
  • You can resubscribe anytime

When your subscription expires:

  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
  • You lose access to:
    • AI analysis
    • Premium content and paid posts
    • Paid courses
    • Advanced analytics tools
  • Your data and history are NOT deleted
  • You can resubscribe anytime to restore access

04 Renewal and Payment Updates

Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Renew monthly on the same day
  • Annual subscriptions: Renew annually on the same day

Renewal notifications:

  • We send an email reminder 7 days before renewal
  • Second email sent 3 days before renewal
  • Final notification on renewal day

To disable auto-renewal:

  • Cancel subscription before renewal date
  • You retain access until the end of the paid cycle

If your card expires or you want to change payment methods:

  1. Visit your Profile Page
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Update Payment Method"
  4. Enter new card information
  5. Save changes

Stripe will automatically use the new payment method for future renewals.

If a renewal payment fails:

  • We will automatically retry the payment once
  • You receive an email notification about payment error
  • If the retry still fails, your subscription will be canceled immediately
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Common reasons for payment failure:

  • Expired card
  • Insufficient balance
  • Card locked or restricted
  • 3D Secure authentication error

05 Invoices and Taxes

To access your invoices:

  1. Visit your Profile Page
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Payment History"
  4. View or download invoices as PDF

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Payment date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method
  • Subscription plan details
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Depends on your location:

  • US users: May be subject to sales tax depending on state
  • EU users: VAT may apply per EU regulations
  • Vietnam users: Currently no additional taxes
  • Other international: Check local tax regulations

Stripe automatically calculates and collects appropriate taxes based on your billing address. Taxes are clearly displayed before you complete payment.

We support all currencies that Stripe supports.

You can choose your preferred currency on the Stripe payment page when subscribing.

Notes:

  • Stripe supports over 135 currencies
  • Exchange rates are updated in real-time
  • Foreign exchange fees may apply from your bank
  • Check with your bank about conversion fees
