Midday market 11/13: BAC and JPM kick off Q4 ER season

Stocks show little movement ahead of the weekend after recovery rally on low liquidity

Market opened Friday's trading session in a fairly mixed mood with buying strength weakening as SPY approached near the call wall at 400 level. JPM and BAC reported Q4 revenue in the morning higher than analysts' expectations with both banks showing weaker revenue from the investment segment but positive in consumer banking.

Tech stocks pulled back in the morning with Tesla under pressure after deep price cuts on vehicles in the US market following previous cuts in the China market.
