Initial phase when companies resumed operations post-Covid: The post-pandemic labor thirst drove a surge in labor demand, followed by rising labor costs in the labor market. 

The number of job postings on Indeed was 55.7% higher than pre-pandemic levels. Among them, the number of new postings in the past 7 days consistently remained 78.4% higher than pre-pandemic.
